Why yoga?
Yoga is often mistaken for exercise or flexibility. But at its heart, yoga is about connection, learning to be in your body in a way that feels safe.
After breast cancer treatment, your body can feel unfamiliar. Yoga offers a gentle way back in… through breath and mindful movement, your nervous system settles, your mind quietens, and trust in your body slowly returns.
There’s a saying: what happens on the mat happens off the mat. You build strength on the mat and find yourself stronger in your world.
You practise flexibility and begin resisting less, softening more.
You breathe… and in that breath find stillness, space, and the possibility of something new.
